I am so in love with it. Just a different way to create a card. I can't wait to see what you create! I found a video on YouTube (https://youtu.be/wUuK0oy6LaM) that inspired the card.

A little coffee soak.....

I love the coffee lovers blog hop, and while I am not a huge coffee drinker, I love hot chocolate, delicious hot chocolate—one of the best hot chocolate I've ever had. I was at a tiny coffee shop, and they called it hot zebra cocoa. All I can say is that it was terrific. It was the perfect mix of white chocolate and dark chocolate mixed. I can't even describe it as good as it was. On the top, they had a marshmallow, which I thought was so cute, and it looked like it was relaxing in there, so this card was made from a digital stamp that was offered a couple of years ago from JessicaLynnOriginal.  I was looking through my card box and saw that I had printed this out, and I wanted to make a card with it, so I thought I would share it for this hop.

The image itself is not currently up is a digital image, but I can't say I might not bring it back after working on this card. It was much fun, and I think he looks so cute soaking in the hot chocolate.

The Sky is the limit my friend........

I genuinely feel like the sky is the limit for my adorable little Brentwood in our free digital stamp that we offer at the coffee lovers' blog hop. You can allow him the opportunity to own his coffee shop. I got to be much fun to draw him as a barista because he has done almost everything else in the coffee world, and I thought it would be fun to have him as the shop owner.

This card was straightforward to create the first thing I did was download the image from the JessicaLynnOriginal website. (click here). Using digital stamps is extremely easy if you've never used them before. I'll put a video down below that you can watch to show you the entire process from downloading to printing. Many people will send the digital stamps off to Kinko's or another printing service in their local town because their printers don't print well enough.

Once I had that set, I went ahead and pulled out my dioxide inks, and I created the beautiful blue background that you see. I used three different shades of blue. I used the following colors: faded Jjean, broken china, and chipped sapphire. Those together made a beautiful sky without clouds effect. My goal was to make it where Brentwood's eyes would pop. I feel that his eyes do that, so mission accomplished.

It is your turn to fly Brentwood....

Once I had that done, I went ahead and ran Brentwood through my brother scan and cut, and I was able to cut him out and what I love is that it doesn't require to die cuts, and it will find the lines and even all of the jagged edges that front wood owls fur feathers have.

Then I went ahead and use my Copic markers to color Brentwood in, and I put him up on foam risers right on that background directly, and the stamp that I used for the woohoo a so proud of you is from my friend at 3RoomStudio. If you know me, I am a big don cheering people on. I've been called a cheerleader of my team at work as well, and I love the sentiment, and you know what? I am very proud of Brentwood, and I'm very proud of where he's going.

TONIGHT NOVEMBER 7th - we have an all-new LIVE Behind the Card!  We would love to have you join us! Just click the link below / subscribe and then set up the reminder for 8pm (central time) tonight/

2020 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Welcome to another season of the Coffee Lovers Blog Bop. This is one of our favorite times of the year. I love being part of such a large event that has all kinds of people come together positively and happily. If there is anything that 2020 has taught us, we need to all come together no matter what all of our opinions are and to find a way to keep moving forward. We have been a super sponsor for the hop twenty-two times! Each time we have always given away a free digital stamp and offered multiple prizes to give away. with every digital stamp that is downloaded, I am entirely inspired by the card that you make and the people that I've gotten to know over the past five years of being a part of this fantastic event. I wanted to share some updates and the card that I created using our giveaway digital rubber stamp.

Such an amazing group of people that I am honored to call my friends!

One of the first projects that I started this summer was something called Behind the Card. This has been a very successful and fun adventure that I started on the JessicaLynnOriginal YouTube channel. Each week I have been blessed with some of the most memorable guests that I take about an hour, maybe a little bit more, and we sit down and discuss card making how they got inspired, how they got started, some of their favorite stamp companies, and so much more. The best part is the show usually is live each Saturday at 8 p.m. Central Time so you can be part of the show and ask questions of our guests at any time. It is an enjoyable, interactive way to get to know more creators in this community. We are looking for more guests and would love to feature you. If you want to be a featured guest please sign up and I will email you with more information.

Be sure to download this adorable digital today!

One of the other Adventures that I have spent my year working on has been a children's book. For the last so many years, I have talked about wanting to bring Brentwood to the pages and be able to share all of his amazing adventures with elementary-age children, and that dream is finally happening. I have been working on getting everything trademark and copyright in including the story, and I will be featuring over the course of the end of 2020 and into 2021 some YouTube videos where I will be creating the pages of the book. I am so excited to bring him to this new medium finally.

Brentwood has decided to make one more appearance here at the coffee lovers blog hop in the wake of everything going on for 2020, and he is a free digital stamp that you can download today. We do ask that you only use him for your projects. We ask that you do not do mass production. He is ready and dressed up as a coffee Barista prepared to sell at his brand new coffee shop. I cannot wait to see all of the beautiful cards that you create. Be sure to share them here on the coffee lovers blog hop because it's a great way to get exposure on your blog and possibly win some prizes.

New Swag in our Store

I am so excited to announce that we are opening up our swag portion of the website. As the owner and artist for all the art that you see, I've gotten many requests over the past few years to offer more than just stamps with my images. So I thought it would be fun to start branching off into stickers, pins, and so much more. All the items in this location will be limited edition, so be sure to pick them up early as we will not be producing more unless the listing says that it's an Open Edition.

The first item that I am so excited to announce that we have added is this adorable little gnome, and he is The Sorcerer's Apprentice gnome. I love him because he not only matches are stamps that we have available, but he is bright and bold and full of color, and he's the perfect size that you could wear them out and about without making too big of a splash. (click the image to the right to learn more and see all of our new Swag)

The second thing that we added this month was a brand new sticker, and it is our adorable owl playing out in the snow with two little penguins. These vinyl stickers are perfect for just about anything. You could place them out in your car; you could put them on a computer; if you love to collect stickers, this is an easy way to collect some beautifully colored art.

I look forward to adding additional items, and I would love to hear from you down below. Is there anything in particular that you would love for me to add to the store? It could be any stamps set that we had in the past, or if you're looking for a new design, I would love to hear from you as well. Thank you again for all of your love and support. It means the world to me.

 Have a great day,
